SMS Terms & Privacy

Innovative Refrigeration Systems (“R717,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides SMS/text messaging to candidates, employees, and technicians. This page explains what we collect and how we use it, as well as your choices.

1) What we collect

  • Mobile number you provide to us.
  • Message data (e.g., message content, timestamps, delivery results).
  • Consent records (who consented, when/how, source such as web/email/verbal, and the consent language presented).
  • Optional info you choose to share (name, email, role).

2) How we use SMS data

  • To send recruiting/scheduling, employment/onboarding, and service/field updates.
  • To send promotional messages only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.
  • To provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

3) Program disclosures

  • Message frequency: varies by program (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, service).
  • Rates: Message & Data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We also honor STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT.

  • Consent not required: Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or purchase.
  • Carrier notice: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4) Sharing and selling of data

  • We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS consent, or SMS message data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or independent purposes.
  • We may share SMS data only with service providers who process messages on our behalf and only for that limited purpose, under contract.

5) Data security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect SMS data. We retain consent records and message logs only as long as needed for operations, compliance, and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify them.

6) Your choices & rights

  • Stop texts: Reply STOP anytime.

  • Access/Deletion/Correction: Where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

7) Who may use this service

Our SMS program is intended for U.S. residents 18+. It is not directed to children under 13.

8) How we obtain consent

You may opt in via web form, email request/confirmation, verbal consent during a phone call, or onboarding forms. In each path we present the disclosures in Section 3 at or before collection, and we store a record of your consent.

9) Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will post the new effective date and, where required, notify you.
