What an exciting month it has been at Innovative Refrigeration Systems! The Virginia Committee of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) presented Innovative Refrigeration Systems with an Above and Beyond Award for commitment and dedication to employing current members of the Guard and Reserve branches.

On behalf of Innovative, I wanted to say how humbled we are for this recognition and I cannot stress how proud I am personally, to have accepted this award. My gratitude goes to the men and women in uniform, past and present, who have made this opportunity possible. Their skills and discipline have created well rounded and dependable employees and have reinforced the quality craftsmanship that Innovative Refrigeration prides itself on. As a senior staffing recruiter and former U.S. Marine infantry team leader, I can promise that Innovative will continue efforts to support and employ our U.S. military personnel; as they have always done.

As this Memorial Day weekend approaches, please take a moment to honor and cherish the memory of the men and women of our nation’s military who have sacrificed their lives in defense of all we hold dear. We often reflect back to the sentiment “All gave some – some gave all” as it still resonates through all generations of our fighting men and women. They will never be forgotten.
