Flagship Facility in Jacksonville, Florida
The Jacksonville site, completed in October 2024, demonstrates the full potential of our collaboration. Covering 315,000 square feet, it includes 1,500 TR of refrigeration capacity and the ability to blast freeze up to 900,000 pounds of product every 24 hours. Designed for high throughput and adaptability, the facility meets the demands of modern logistics while maintaining top-tier performance and efficiency.
Charleston, South Carolina: The Next Chapter
Scheduled for completion in 2025, the Charleston facility builds on the success in Jacksonville. Spanning 250,000 square feet, it features a 640 TR refrigeration system and flexible multi-temperature rooms. Every component is tailored to Arcadia’s operational goals. From energy use to space efficiency, the design meets both current demands and future growth plans.
