We believe that our job is not over when the installation is complete. We realize that service is our business and we strive to provide timely support to our customers with minimum system down time and interruption.

Service Department

Innovative Refrigeration Systems’ Service department is staffed with knowledgeable and responsive team members who are available to assist you with your service needs. From ordering parts to online tech support, our dependable client services department is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Service Technicians

Innovative Refrigeration Systems’ Service team consists of experienced, industry-trained service technicians who are knowledgeable in all aspects of industrial refrigeration systems, equipment, and controls.

Because of the ever-changing EPA, PSM, and RMP guidelines, our technicians have 40 hours of on-going classroom training annually to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies in the industry.

Our technicians provide preventative maintenance, emergency service, repairs, and retrofits for all systems.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are highly-trained in all aspects of refrigeration equipment.

Customer Training

Since our industrial refrigeration systems are custom built, it is critical that our staff support our clients and their customized needs by:

  • Training our customers on how to operate their new system
  • Taking part in maintenance training, both on-site and in the classroom
  • Providing installation and operation manuals, as-built drawings, sequence of operations, and digital pictures
  • Process safety management training
  • Hazmat Responder training

Types of Contracts

Innovative offers custom contracts designed to meet any client’s system requirements. Whether it is 24-hour technical support, labor only, inspection only, or a full service contract, Innovative has the right program for you.

  • 24-Hour Technical Support

    Each unique refrigeration project includes Innovative Refrigeration’s customized software to monitor systems via modem/VPN. If an on-site service technician needs to communicate about the system for any reason at any time, Innovative is able to remotely access it and assist with online support right away.

  • Inspection Only

    On a prearranged schedule, an experienced service technician will inspect your system using a non-destructive failure test of refrigeration, including thermal imaging of equipment, electrical devices and building envelopes. Innovative’s preventative maintenance program is cost effective and will help troubleshoot problems before they occur.

  • Labor Only

    Innovative offers a labor-only contract, which includes all services, including emergency services, for one fixed fee (with a separate rate for overtime). The only thing you pay for is parts!

  • Full-Maintenance

    With this all-inclusive contract (labor and materials included), essentially your plant becomes our plant. This agreement includes preventative maintenance, regularly scheduled inspections, 24-hour online tech support, labor and materials.


Innovative Refrigeration requires its employees to undergo extensive training on handling hazardous materials. We make certain our service technicians follow your PSM and OSHA guidelines. We firmly adhere to all applicable safety and health regulations and work to keep employees and job sites free from dangerous situations.


Innovative Refrigeration is a complete “one-stop-shop” for all replacement refrigeration parts and equipment needs. Our extensive OEM parts inventory is available for your needs 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
