24-Hour Technical Support
Each unique refrigeration
project includes Innovative Refrigeration’s customized software to
monitor systems via modem/VPN. If an on-site service technician needs
to communicate about the system for any reason at any time, Innovative
is able to remotely access it and assist with online support right
away.
Inspection Only
On a prearranged schedule, an experienced service
technician will inspect your system using a non-destructive failure
test of refrigeration, including thermal imaging of equipment, electrical
devices and building envelopes. Innovative’s preventative maintenance
program is cost effective and will help troubleshoot problems before
they occur.
Labor Only
Innovative offers a labor-only contract, which includes all services, including
emergency services, for one fixed fee (with a separate rate for overtime).
The only thing you pay for is parts!
Full-Maintenance
With this all-inclusive contract (labor
and materials included), essentially your plant becomes our plant.
This agreement includes preventative maintenance, regularly scheduled
inspections, 24-hour online tech support, labor and materials.
